2010 — Official Registration

SydSen was formally registered, establishing the foundation for a business rooted in transformation, talent, and training.

2011 — Training Division Launched

SydSen Training opened to offer scalable learning interventions. Initial offerings focused on classroom-based and on-site facilitation.

2016 — Recruit Division Launched

SydSen Recruit was introduced to support value-based hiring through behavioural assessments, psychometric alignment, and global candidate access.

2017 — Lead Worx Division Launched

Lead Worx was created to modernise customer engagement and sales enablement through human-centred outbound strategy and data-driven workflows.

2020 — Digital Transformation Begins

SydSen initiated a group-wide digital shift—adopting cloud-based tools, virtual delivery, and platform-based services to improve scalability and efficiency.
